An unopened item in the original packaging/box. All of the following must be true:

1. Plastic film still on the device and has not been reapplied.
2. Device is not activated.
3. Comes with the original box with matching serial number.
4. Contains original accessories sealed and untouched.
5. Paid off and free of any financial obligations.

100% perfect condition — like new out of the box and fully functional. All of the following must be true:

1. Zero scratches, scuffs, or other marks. Looks like new.
2. Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
3. Original battery above 90% capacity.
4. Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
5. Paid off and free of any financial obligations.

The most common condition — average wear and tear from normal use, 100% fully functional, no water damage. All of the following must be true:

1. No major scratches, deep scratches, chips, or dents.
2. Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
3. Original battery above 85% capacity.
4. Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
5. Paid off and free of any financial obligations.

Moderate to excessive signs of wear — heavy scratching, deep scratches you can feel, or major dents — but fully functional. All of the following must be true:

1. Front and back glass is free of any cracks or chips.
2. Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
3. Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
4. Paid off and free of any financial obligations.

The device has only ONE issue, such as a cracked screen without display damage, cracked camera or back glass, or a bad button — and can be fully tested. One of the following is true:

1. Cracked front screen without LCD damage, cracked back glass or camera.
2. Display defects such as white spots or minor LCD burn-in.
3. Faulty headphone jack or vibrate motor.
4. Faulty microphone or speaker.
5. Malfunctioning buttons or switches.
6. Another functional defect (calls, charging, fingerprint sensor, etc.). Note: water damage counts as Broken even if the device works.

More than one issue from the Minor Damage list — or water damage, bent/dented housing, or LCD damage (spots, lines). More than one of the following is true:

1. Cracked display or damaged housing.
2. Display defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
3. Faulty headphone jack or vibrate motor.
4. Battery is dead or has poor life.
5. Faulty microphone or speaker.
6. Malfunctioning buttons or switches.
7. Another functional defect.
8. Signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
